The company's Claim Finder allows to maintain service provider addresses centrally and store attributes that usually cannot be stored within the claims system, such as specializations, benefits, prices, etc. The nearest service provider is determined based on search criteria and geo-coordinates starting from the damage location. All employees have access to the service via a web browser. The service can optionally also be integrated into internet pages.

Further, the Claim Portal enables the automated processing of service provider orders. Orders are transmitted to the respective service provider based on rules – according to order type, contract area and availability. If service levels are defined, the system automatically monitors the processing of the transactions. Claim Portal provides access to all required information, such as expert reports, inspection protocols, images, order data, cost estimates and invoices at any time. Depending on their roles and authorizations, users can also access specific evaluations enabling fast and transparent processes.

According to information from SoftProject, the X4 Suite can be integrated into the respective IT landscape of the network operator via adapters and ensures a seamless flow of data as the basis for digital, automated processes. This includes updated information requirements, the enrichment of (master) data, the transfer of redispatch downtime to EDM systems, and the exchange of data between the system and network operators and between network operators among themselves via Connect +. Furthermore, with the low-code digitization platform, all third-party systems related to feed-in and load forecasts and billing and balancing group management, network control technology, GIS and EDM systems can be integrated into Redispatch 2.0 systems and processes.
